Shazad Dada
Seasoned banker, strategist and trusted advisor with 34+ years of experience, having led some of Pakistan’s most prominent financial institutions. Rose to Managing Director and Head of Americas M&A at Deutsche Bank Securities, New York, before serving as CEO of Deutsche Bank Pakistan, MD at Barclays Pakistan, CEO of Standard Chartered Pakistan and President & CEO of United Bank Limited. Has executed over 100 transactions with a notional value exceeding USD 125 billion, and holds an MBA from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
Shahzad Salamullah
Nearly 30 years of professional experience across Big Four firms in Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Pakistan — spanning Assurance, Client Advisory and Quality & Risk Management. Former Head of Audit at Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for Pakistan, Global Islamic Banking and Corporate Banking Coverage across Africa, Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Extensive client experience across large national and multinational corporates listed on ASX, DFM, Tadawul, FTSE and NYSE. Specialises in Transaction Advisory, Business Valuations, Restructuring, Financial Due Diligence, ERM and IFRS conversions.
Asif Elahi
Seasoned Investment Banking and Corporate Finance professional with over 20 years in financial services across Pakistan, the Middle East and Africa. Specialises in complex infrastructure financing, working with global institutional players, DFIs and donor agencies including ADB, DFC, PIDG, UNIDO and USAID. Former Samba and Citi, where he worked alongside Citi’s Country Risk Manager on portfolio stress testing and financial restructuring. Holds a B.A. Cum Laude in Economics from Tufts University, Massachusetts.
Hussain Raza
Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with over 10 years in corporate finance and transaction advisory. Former KPMG Big Four, with experience across buy and sell-side M&A, valuations and financial due diligence spanning Asset Management, Power & Energy, Banking and FMCG. Also brings expertise in project finance and infrastructure advisory across hospitality, real estate and energy — including feasibility development and capital placement through debt and equity. Further experience includes UAE-based FP&A, board reporting and investor relations, alongside fixed income strategy and business development in asset management.
Anwar ul Hasan
Over a decade of experience across multinational chambers of commerce, KPMG, and a National Bank of Pakistan subsidiary. Brings a rare combination of institutional rigour and commercial acumen to every engagement — with a proven ability to lead complex, high-stakes mandates from inception through execution.
Ali Abid
Finance graduate of IBA Karachi. Diverse experience across financial and non-financial institutions in financial analysis, investment strategy and M&A advisory.
Umme Laila
Former KPMG Deal Advisory, focusing on infrastructure and real estate under public-private partnership frameworks. Experience in financial modelling, transaction structuring and asset management. Currently pursuing an MS in Economics at IBA Karachi.
Fatima Anwar
Supports transaction execution across M&A, capital raising and restructuring mandates. Contributes to financial analysis, due diligence and the preparation of advisory materials for the firm’s domestic and cross-border engagements.
