Shazad Dada has been leading M&A, Strategy, Structuring and Financing transactions for over 34 years in reputable organisations in Pakistan and abroad. The transaction and advisory arrangements (over USD 125B) have encompassed a broad range of corporate and public sector clients & transactions including Mergers, IPOs, Spin-Offs, Split-Offs, LBOs, Morris Trust transactions, Tender and Exchange Offers and Joint Ventures.
Shazad started off in Deutsche Bank Securities Inc, New York and swiftly rose to the rank of Managing Director, Americas M&A, for Technology, Media and Telecommunications. Subsequently, he moved to Pakistan as Chief Executive Officer for Deutsche Bank, where he turned around the franchise. Thereafter, he joined Barclays Pakistan as Managing Director and Head of Regional Transaction Services Steering Committee for Asia, India, UAE and Pakistan. His last stint with an International Bank was as Chief Executive Officer for Standard Chartered Pakistan, after which he decided to spearhead one of Pakistan’s premier banks, United Bank Limited. Thereafter, he founded Dada Partners in 2023, a boutique advisory investment bank.

Shahzad Salamullah has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 16 years internationally across Australia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, encompassed various leadership roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of project management and execution within the financial sector. He has previously worked on the privatization of NDFC in Pakistan and the carve out of National Water Company from Ministry of Water and Power in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Aamir Shaukat Hussain is a seasoned chartered accountant & consultant with over 19 years of professional experience. With more than a decade of experience at PwC in the financial sector, Aamir has spearheaded complex advisory engagements, overseeing end-to-end project execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. His expertise spans Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, Assurance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, Compliance, IFRS, Technology Assurance, and Data Analytics. Currently, he is successfully leading and delivering large-scale advisory projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion at Dada Partners.
Hussain Raza

Hussain has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory. At KPMG, he worked on multiple buy-side and sell-side mandates, valuations, due diligence, and feasibility studies across sectors including asset management, FMCG, banking, and pharmaceuticals. His role involved preparing financial models, information memorandums, conducting negotiations, and coordinating with legal teams for transaction execution. He later worked with an employer based in the UAE, where he managed financial planning, board reporting, investor relations, and fundraising initiatives. At JS Investments, he contributed to the strategy and structuring of fixed income products along with leading business development initiatives.
